Personal Statement (2007):
I have worked at DePaul for nearly 20 years. I would like the opportunity to serve again on Staff Council because of the importance of the body in defining how DePaul’s mission can inform employee policies. As the Vision 2012 is being implemented, Staff Council has an important role in making sure that staffing issues are considered. Staff Council will have an important advisory role in ensuring that there are enough staff, that we recruit and retain the best employees and that our staff reflects the diversity to which we aspire in our faculty and student body.
