Re-Election Personal Statement (2007):
Vote Strzynski! Together, we can revitalize cooperation/collaboration across departments. For sixteen years, I have worked with enthusiasm in the School of Education. As the business person directing operations, human resources, and budget functions, I have advocated for opportunities to build partnerships to further student success and collegiality among faculty and staff. As outgoing vice president of Staff Council, I would like to continue to involve diverse staff members in governing our university. We can expand the dialogue around staff development, adequate staffing, workforce planning, advising, benefits, merit pay and supervision, and strengthening responses from Human Resources.
