Election Personal Statement (2008):
I have been employed at DePaul University for 10 years in various departments as a full and part-time employee. I previously served on Staff Council in 2003-05 as a member of the Planning and Events and Diversity Committees. Staff Council has done a great job at addressing many issues and concerns of the staff at large and providing pertinent and timely responses to many issues that affect staff. I would like to return to Staff Council to continue to work towards a better working environment for Staff. I would like to be apart of the discussions addressing salary and benefit options for staff and diversity concerns.
