Budget Advisory
Advises the SC President on issues related to university budget process (SRAC).

Addresses questions and issues of diversity, specifically as these relate to staff.

Effectiveness
Identifies opportunitites for greater efficiency and effectiveness by evaluating Council performance.

Membership and Events
Facilitates all internal functions of the Staff Council, providing leadership, coordination, and organization for all related events/activities.

Staff Resources
Examines staff human resource issues including but not limited to, benefits and compensation, recruitment, orientation, public safety and more, while making appropriate recommendations to both the council and to the university's Human Resources Department.

Steering
Comprised of the chairs of each committee, standing group or task force, the steering committee discusses issues impacting university staff and formulates the monthly council meeting agendas.
