Payment Options at Campus Cafeterias

May 2009 issue

I would like to know if it would be possible to use Debit-credit cards at the Chartwells locations on both the LP and Loop Campus. I know adding money to your ID is an option but I would prefer to just use my debit-credit card without having to hassle with setting up an additional account and not having to have cash on me all the time. Thank you!

Response: DePaul University Student Centers and Facility Operations are working together with Information Services, Chartwells and the Bean Caffes on a project this summer to make credit/debit card payment possible at all DePaul Dining Service (Chartwells) locations in the Lincoln Park and Loop Student Centers, and at the Bean Caffes in Lincoln Park.
We are in the testing mode now and hope to offer this to the entire University community and its guests by September 1, 2009.
