"Anonymous" Nature of Voice of Staff:

I'm just curious how this can really be "anonymous"...before I submit suggestions?

The chair of the Staff Council Communication Committee and the Secretary are the two members who check the Voice of Staff submission web site. To answer your question, the Voice of Staff submission is anonymous if you do not put in your email or name contact (which is optional). In that case, all we receive to the website is your inquiry or concern. It is also our intent to keep all concerns confidential and anonymous so that staff feel that Voice of Staff is a safe place to voice issues. We do read the submissions at each meeting and then post the original submission along with a response on the Staff Council web site. However, if asked by the contributor not to do this, we will respect that request.
