This issue has been addressed directly to Human Resources to no avail. Job postings no longer have salary ranges. If an employee is interested in a position, having a salary range to help determine whether or not the position is worth applying for could save lots of valuable time. It seems arrogant and defeatist to not furnish this important information on the DePaul Human Resources web page.

Response

HR submitted a request for proposal to several third party vendors for a new recruitment system for staff positions. The new recruitment system will provide numerous functionality including pre-screening filters, automatic posting to job boards and consistent resume/cover letter formatting. A final part of the project involves the review of current policies and procedures including the use of HR titles.
