Retirement Planning & Age:

March 2006 issue

I would like to set up a retirement plan, but because I am not 26 yet, I can only set up a Supplemental plan, which DePaul does not match. I do recall that this issue was brought up before, but I do not know how it was addressed. Is there a way to change this policy to include ALL full-time employees instead of only those over 26?

Staff Council contacted Human Resources regarding this issue. We learned that the Benefits Review Committee is planning to review the 403(b) Retirement Plan in September 2006.
