I am responding to your e-mail regarding the SRAC process rather than suggesting a topic for discussion in open forum. I applaud your efforts to enhance staff council representation on SRAC and think the formal addition of a second person in an advisory capacity is an excellent method by which to do so. Staff have a unique perspective and provide a valuable and vital addition to the budget planning process. Keep up the GREAT work!
