VISION Twenty12 Closed Captioned?

March 2007 issue

For those of us who are hearing impaired and depend on closed-caption it would be nice to be able to view these Inside 2012 Videos with closed-caption.

Response: Thank you very much for the suggestion about providing closed-captioning for the INSIDE twenty12 video series. We are now exploring the parameters of providing that service for the video segments.

Updated April 12, 2007: We all agree that closed captioning would be valuable for the INSIDE twenty12 video series. However, we have already committed the existing 06-07 funding for the INSIDE twenty12 videos and are not able to identify additional funds to cover the cost of closed captioning for the series this year. We will be sure to include that thinking in any video projects in a future budget cycle.
